November Progress Report: Almost Done. Thank
Hey Boo,
The things got done? I don't know the differences in output but it got a lot faster. I want to throw out some caveats like work is getting busier and they changed all the hours but that's also been true most of this month. I finished a playthrough of Halo CE and finished all the picture editing and now the game runs.

The game runs. Boots. I can look at it and play. The process of finishing the art, putting it in a folder, and pasting the script into the code editor is the kind of magic that can only be interrupted by then trying to find all the spots that need to be indented for code to work.

I've been debugging for about a week. I have a list of errors that I am working through. Most of them are image related.
There are a few priorities for each test.
Image Check
This is mostly going off a list of image errors I have. Some things get misnamed or have typos and I get to hunt those down in the folder or script and sometimes remake them in Daz.
Alpha Testing
This will be a bare bones version of the game that I play through for image continuity and pathing. Corrections are done scene by scene. I have a limited pool of testers are this point who can talk about the story with me.

After I get the backer's the update, with all the simplicity that shipping an exe on itch alloyed, I'll get working on the steam version.
I feel like putting a date is good. This is my goal. There are more things to add before I put it up on steam. Steam does allow delays and the launch button is a manual, actual, button on Steam backend. So, I won't accidentally launch with the incomplete chapter 2 build that's been approved already.
There are a few things that might happen. It might not allow the game to be early access. If this happens then the game will be launched.
I want to continue my pattern that I started on itch where each update will increase the price to reward early buyers. As I understand this, I can do this with DLC if I can't add to the main game through early access or content updates.

Short Story Announcement
If you've paid attention, my writing break has rendered a short story. It is around twelve thousand words, unless I edit the shit out of it, and it's called Silver Burst Six. I made a cover.

Worker-soldiers, mining for precious resources in the middle of an intergalactic war, find an anomaly inside a meteoroid. Before they can investigate, the mysterious totalitarian force ambushes them.
Rewards are a little skinny. I haven't been playing around with daz as much. Please file complaints along with your favorite girl and what would make you happiest.
