Bee's Knees is very private. I have offered to publish anything they say about the game because they are the coder and editor, which I expect would be more interest to other devs on the devlog. I got them to make a statement and it is going on the record.

We were having dinner and I was talking about how some people just don't like dating. I have very strong feelings on this becuase human relationships are important. Relationships and fun are the main things I keep in mind when writing the story of Romancing the Sun.

I said: "Dating is supposed to be fun. Dates are fun."

Bee's Knees said "No. [laugh] And you can quote me on that."

It's on the record now. If you thought our Sweet Potatos were just Dreaming. Now, you know that at least half of the team has their feet firmly on the ground.
The main philosophy of writing the game will still be relationships are important and dating is fun, as we make our fun dating game.
